Think I had to jot down the stuff that i had learnt before I forget them....
Things that I have learnt on Lesson 1:
1. Antenatal Exercises
- squatting, rotating of bum-bum to strengthening the backbone
- 'bye-bye' & rotating of ankles and choppy thighs to relief leg cramps
- proper head rotation & side-stretch of thickening waist
- stretching back muscles like a cat on fours by tilting the back up & down...
2. Massages on hand by Dearie...
- 'C-shape' hand downwards x2
- 'C-shape' underneath hand downwards x2
- 'C-shape' hand upwards x2
- 'C-shape' underneath hand upwards x2
- 'milking' hand
- 'washing-clothes' hand
- pulling of fingers
3. Proper way of climbing out of bed (NO YAKING BY PARNTER ALLOWED)
4. Nutrition before & after Delivery
- 900mg of calcium daily
- 15mg of iron daily
- protein....
- should eat more cheeses, soya milk, yoghurt....
- cannot eat raw eggs & fizzy drinks
5. Communicating with BB
- Method A : by the sense of Touch
> using left, right, up & down tapping
> using the butterfly stroke
- Method B : by talking and reading to BB
hmmm.... actually shd have a lot more, but i can't remember them at this moment.... luckily dearie was with me... hope he could remember much more... hahaha!!!!

On ya, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, Dr Wong mentioned that Mummy will instantly loses about 5kg of their weight right after delivery, but as for Daddy.... maybe 1 or 2kg due to tiredness & anxiety only because of water lost, which will be gained back easily after that.... so dearie, TOO BAD!!!! WHAHAHAHA...
